Favourites
The reasons for taking any photograph are many and
various and sometimes something about a photograph
can make it one of the photographer's favourites.
Many times it is the memories associated, but occasionally
it can be because something has happened with the
photograph since then
These olives in the garden of Gethsemane could, plausibly,
date back 2,000 years, although if they do they would have
been saplings at the time of Jesus. Almost more than any other
trees in the world they will have lived through very changing
times
