Buildings
There are some highly inspirational buildings around the world
and some 'around the corner'. Some have significant historic
events attached to them, others have just been there for a
bit minding their own business
Russian Orthodox churches and cathedrals have a reputation
for the flamboyance and art of the onions on the domes of the
roofs and those of the Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood,
St Petersburg, Russia, constructed on the site of the assassination
of Tsar Alexander II are typical of the variety and ornate rendition,
with the extra use of greens and blues to the use of genuine leaf gold
