Would you like to present a fresher, younger-looking face to the world - but
without undergoing invasive treatments that make you look so different it's obvious you've
had something done? The Private Clinic offers the very latest anti-ageing techniques that
peel back the years in gentler, more flattering way.
Our world class medical team combines its expertise with advanced technology to offer you
a range of non-invasive treatments that rejuvenate your skin in subtle stages. Within a
few sessions skin can look and feel noticeable younger, softer and smoother. And no-one
need be any the wiser about your new healthy glow..
Start with whatever concerns you most
A free overall assessment will get you going - and you can then arrange for as much or as
little treatment as you want or need, starting with whatever is concerning you most.
Sessions are short and convenient and you will be able to put on make-up and go back to
work straight afterwards. Perfect for busy lives!
What are the advantages of IPL?
IPL is for all skin types, all ages and there is a little or no downtime.
How does IPL work?
The treatment is quick, gentle and non-invasive.
A hand held treatment head is placed against the skin, which is covered with a cooling
conducting gel. The pulses of light are delivered through a filter which is selected based
on the patients skin type.
The light penetrates the tissue and is absorbed by either the blood when treating vascular
lesions or the melanin when treating pigmented lesions damaging them. The body's natural
processes then remove the injured tissue giving the skin a more even luminous, younger
looking skin.
The area is then thoroughly cooled. Most patients feel little or no pain, but for those
who are extra sensitive, topical anaesthetic can be used.
IPL Skin Treatments using Photorejuvenation often consist of full-face treatment or
treatment of isolated body areas like the hands or chest.
Patients can return to normal activities immediately after treatment.
How many treatments
do I need?
The treatment is generally administered as a series of between 3 7 treatments at 3
4 week intervals. The whole face is treated, not only the affected area, as this
gives a more uniform and aesthetically pleasing result. Some treatments may be possible on
the same day as the consultation.
What results can I
expect?
IPL Skin Treatments using Photorejuvenation are recognised for a very high measure of
patient satisfaction. Patients are very pleased with treatment results because the process
treats the full face, neck, chest or hands, rather than addressing a single isolated area
or imperfection.
Patients can see dramatic results within a very short time.
How much does it cost?
IPL treatments starting from £200. However, the exact price we quote is completely
individual and depends on many factors and can only be properly determined by our fully
qualified Doctor or Nurse who will assess your condition and guide you to the most
suitable treatment options.
We have developed a policy to offer the best advanced treatments at the most competitive
and affordable prices. Our aim is to give Harley Street Service at High Street prices.
This consultation is completely free, our friendly and highly professional staff will
quickly put you at ease.
Who performs the
treatment?
Our treatments are carried out
by nurse practitioners who have several years of experience in this field.
Each has the relevant training required to ensure that they give the very best of care and
attention to our patients. As well as administering treatments they are also highly
qualified to advise on what is the appropriate course of treatment for each patient and
are committed to working towards the desired result.
