Hours of Business
The laboratory is open from 9.00am until 5.00pm - Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

After Hours
Orders may be placed by Fax on 01424 850650.

Delivery
All lenses manufactured in the laboratory will, whenever possible, be dispatched on the day of receipt of order. Torics and bifocals may take a little longer.

Despatch will be by the Optical Courier Service until 4.30pm. After 4.30pm by first class post. Practitioners may arrange collection. Desperately urgent orders can if requested, be dispatched by alternative courier at the practitioner's expense.

An unconditional guarantee of workmanship is given on all lenses.

Free Technical Advice
Our technical department will always be pleased to discuss details of any specific contact lens design or patient problem.

Settlement Terms
Terms are strictly nett with payment due by the 25th of the month following invoice date.

Conditions of Sale
All contact lenses are supplied on the strict understanding that no liability whatsoever can or will be accepted by Contact Lens Laboratory Ltd for hazards arising from their use. Work carried out by on patients' existing lenses will be at the practitioner's own risk.

Free Hard and Gas Permeable adjustments within three months of point of supply
Any reasonable adjustments will be carried out to new lenses supplied by , within three months of supply.

Exchange/Credit Policy
All lenses returned for exchange/credit must be accompanied by the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice.
