Design Studio and Pre-Press

Our Design studio and Pre-Press department consists of both a digital system and traditional methods. We can accept data on disc and over ISDN or modem links in most common file formats for Macintosh or Windows/DOS. Pictures and illustrations can be scanned and placed into pages on screen ready for imposed output to final film. The whole system is connected by 100Base-T Ethernet cabling.

One of our specialities is the pharmaceutical folder, one of only a handful in the UK, which can fold to a minimum of 20mm in concertina and various other formats and is a defined requirement for those industries requiring mini-folded leaflets to fit into specialist packaging i.e. drugs, food, cameras, electrical goods etc.

Our work is completed through either mechanical or hand operations and includes: varnishing, laminating, cutting-out, perforating, packaging to customers requirements, delivery and distribution in the UK and world-wide.
