• We do not ask for all our fees in advance.
We will only ever take on clients if we are very confident of exceeding their expectations. We are so confident of achieving your objectives that we will only ask for 50% of our fees in advance. The balance is only payable when you let us know that you are completely satisfied with our service (Please see ‘our unique 50/50 approach’ within the Fees section for further details). Our fees are based on simply achieving your objectives. To this end, our fees are one-off and there is no annual renewal of the fee.

Confidentiality and discretion are absolutely paramount in our service. All our staff are trained in their duties and responsibilities under the Data Protection Act 1998 and we adhere to all its requirements. Your details will never be passed to any external third parties.
