Ideal Language and Culture terms and conditions

1. BOOKING

* A non-refundable deposit of 25% must be paid to IDEAL COURSES & CULTURE with each booking to reserve the place on a course or a tour.
* The balance must be paid to IDEAL COURSES & CULTURE no later than 42 days before the course or tour starts.
* A binding contract between us will come into existence when we send Confirmation to you.

2. REFUND POLICY

* There are no fees refunded if a client cancels or curtails his/her course or tour up to 14 days before the start date.
* However, if the client can find a replacement person to take his/her place on a course/tour IDEAL COURSES & CULTURE may accept this. A charge of £90 will be charged to cover administration costs.
* The client will forfeit 50 % of all fees if he/she cancels between 15 and 28 days before the course or tour starts.

3. CHANGE OF DATES FOR COURSE

* IDEAL COURSES & CULTURE may be able to change dates for a course but a charge of £90 may be made to cover administration costs.

4. LIABILITY

IDEAL COURSES & CULTURE are not liable:

* for any loss, damage or injury to people or property, except where we have a liability under UK law,
* for any problems with the travel arrangements to/from the UK.

5. INSURANCE

* IDEAL COURSES & CULTURE recommend the client takes out a cancellation insurance.

6. COURT OF JURISDICTION:

Brighton, Sussex, England.
