We offer a full design and installation package, covering all aspects of small to medium size projects (£10,000.00 to £2,000,000.00), which begin with the liaison and consultation with the relevant supply authority necessary to obtain services and metering, through to Main and Sub-Main Distribution, Lighting, Power, Fire and Security Protection and Voice and Data cable networking.
As members of the Electrical Contractors Association, the Joint Industry Board and the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting, our credentials and workmanship are regularly and thoroughly scrutinised and tested.
Through our long-standing and close relationships with many major manufacturers, we enjoy access to any further specialist expertise and planning which may become necessary.
The Mechanical Services and Public Health Division can function independently or, when alongside the Electrical Services Division, as part of a total Mechanical and Electrical package favoured by many developers, investors, main contractors and end-user clients. With full CORGI registration and Approved Plumber accreditation with the Water Regulations Advisory Council Scheme, we have been able to provide the electrical, plumbing, gas-heating, air conditioning and ventilation services for many industrial and commercial projects over the last twenty five years.
Through our close association with some of the larger retail chains, we have been successful in designing and implementing Fire Strategy Installations in lieu of sprinkler systems which, when authorised and subject to the legal status of the building project involved, have resulted in cost savings of up to £100,000.00 per site for the Developer or End-User. The system involves the interface of smoke compartmentation, enhanced fire alarm design and detailed consultation with Building Control and the local Fire Authority. We have, to date, successfully completed eight of these particular schemes with four more currently at the planning stage.
The Company operates a strict Health & Safety policy along with its own Equal Opportunities and Environmental policies, the Company being registered with the Environment Agency for carriage and control of waste materials.
All site operatives have been trained and certified in the JIB/ECS Health and Safety Assessment Scheme and many are trained First Aiders. Operatives are also trained by the International Powered Access Federation and hold Powered Access Licences for added site safety.
