Projects
The main concentration of Cox & Gill activity is in the Commercial and Industrial sector. We have carried out installations for Argos, Halfords, and Carpet Right and have provided the M&E installation package for over forty brand new Focus DIY Retail stores nationwide. Over the period of these installations, we have been the main sub-contractor to some of the biggest names in the construction industry:- Keir Group, ROK, Marshall, HBG, Bluestone, Norwest Holst, Dean & Dyball, Cross Keys and Pearce Construction.
Other projects have included Employment Service Offices, Local Area Health Authority New Build and Refurbishment works, the recent complete refurbishment of a 3-storey twin office block at Heathrow and recently a "design and build" factory re-location in Norwich at a value of £500,000.00, working, amongst others, for Threadneedle Investments, Lamorbey Associates, A.J. Sibthorpe and Arlington Properties.
Drawing from our experience gained with hosts of Construction Companies, we are now carrying out full office refurbishments as the Main Contractor, including in our scope of works demolition, office partitioning, suspended ceilings, decoration, carpet installation, raised flooring, lift refurbishment and office furniture supply.
