The Group is a property investment and development company that is primarily active in the residential and retail property market of the Holland Park and Notting Hill area of west London. This is one of the most exclusive areas in which to live and where there is a continuing demand for quality property.

It has also built up a portfolio of retail properties in the historic market town of Cirencester, Gloucestershire and, in addition, maintains a valuable interest in industrial and office property in the Greater London area.

The Group has three main operating companies: Rich Investments Limited, Rich Real Estate Limited and Cirencester Estates Limited. The total portfolio under management or development with a value in excess of £80m.
