The Group has been active in the Cotswold town of Cirencester, around 90 miles to the west of London. Cirencester Estates Limited is the Group company specifically set up to acquire properties and manage this part of the portfolio.
Cirencester is an historic town and the majority of the properties owned by the Group are in or near the old market place and comprise sensitively refurbished and restored buildings of considerable age and charm.
