Arriving passengers should proceed to the Hotelink desk in the arrivals hall where they will be met by Hotelink uniformed staff.

Meet and Greet Service

Hotelink airport reception desk Hotelink transfers are in conjunction with the Gatwick Express service. All passengers are personally escorted to the next available train by Hotelink staff, who will also assist with boarding. After a 30 minute train journey to the centre of London, passengers will be met, on the train platform, by Hotelink staff who will escort them to the awaiting bus.

Hotelink buses only visit those hotels required by the passengers on board.

Hotelink buses are not fitted with wheelchair access equipment. Clients travelling with a wheelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot. The wheelchair should also be collapsible. We may be able to arrange alternative transport if we cannot serve you using one of our own vehicles.

Hotelink Ltd is licensed by the British Airports Authority to operate a door-to-door London hotel shuttle service out of Heathrow.
