At every Languages Plus Sprachcaffe there are members of staff available to help make sure that your time at Languages Plus Sprachcaffe is both useful and fun. You can discuss your course with your teachers, the Director of Studies or the Principal. If you are concerned about a personal matter, or about accommodation, the Welfare Officers based at each school are happy to help you during school hours.

If you need urgent assistance outside of school hours, all centres offer a 24-hour emergency telephone number providing help and assistance at all times.

We can provide letters and certificates of acceptance to assist with visa applications where required. We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance before you leave your home country. This should cover loss of and/or damage to your personal belongings, medical expenses in the event you are ill, and tuition fees in the event of an unexpected cancellation or curtailment of your course. We can offer you a very competitive insurance package for study in the UK, which can be booked at the same time as your course.
