In a market place so densely saturated with supplier options, it's an essential requirement to make yourself stand out from the crowd. It's all too easy to get lost amidst a tide of similarity and just become another cleaning contractor offering the same old service as everyone else on the tender list. That's a precarious position to be in as, simply put, how is the customer ever going to make their choice if everyone's the same?

We're not the same; not by a long way, and this is why. Right from the Company's birth in 1973 it has set out to approach things from a different angle - of course to see things from our clients' point of view, but also to see things with a fresh pair of eyes. We're cleaners, we clean and that's essentially all that we do, but do we have to do it the way that everyone expects us to do it? No, not at all, in fact quite the opposite.

Our history is rooted in our service to all of Britain's major airports and what we learned there was to be versatile, adaptable and flexible. Almost 40 years on, these tenets remain key underlying principles in our philosophy today and we apply this rigorously to every professional sector where we operate. We work with all of our clients to provide a solution that is unique to them. Our clients' needs are diverse and unique, the challenges they face require a process that's been carefully crafted to their precise measurements - in our opinion one size most certainly does not fit all.

Naturally, we focus on continuing our record of exemplary standards and service delivery excellence - surely the minimum requirement and expectation of every cleaning organisation - but even this is enhanced with further differentiators. We believe that the way that we impact on our society is the same way in which our society will impact on us. So we make sure we look after everyone!

All this and we get to care for our planet too. In every single way that we operate, from tracing the fabric source for our uniforms through to the biodegradability of our packaging, from identifying routes to full carbon-neutrality as well as routes to helping aid poverty and natural devastation, Indigo is at the forefront. In cleaning you can't sit back and wait for someone else to do your work so why should it be any different when it comes to looking after the environment?
