- Information can be accepted on disc or by modem in 2D DWG or 3D solid model IGES files.
- Maximum material utilisation is achieved using dissimilar nesting software.

Punch Presses
|

- 4 Trumpf TC 500 punch presses, capable of 900 hits per minute.
- Many forming and stamping operations can also be carried out. Sheet sizes up to 2.5m x 1.25m can be punched without reposition.
- All stations are indexing and will accept multi-tools

Forming

- Conventional power presses (10 to 150 ton),
- 7 Amada brake presses - 80 ton x 2.5m capacity, up to 8 axes of control
- Modular tooling designed to give quick set up times.

Fasteners
|
|
Many sheet metal products include clinch fastenings in their design. Our 6 programmable Haegar insertion machines will fit all types and sizes of fastener. Bowl feeds allow multi-usage fasteners to be auto-fed for maximum productivity.

Fabricated Assemblies
|
|
- 12 welding stations, each equipped with the latest ESAB MIG and TIG welding equipment.
- 8 pedestal and portable spot welding machines, from 25 to 75 KVA, have the latest Weldstar microprocessor programming facilities.
- Full metal finishing facilities are available to prepare parts for plating or painting.

- Sealed system pre-treatment
- A range of finishes are available to give a durable, high level cosmetic finish.
- 2 on-line automatic coating booths, feeding 2 Maywick infra red tunnel ovens giving unrivalled productivity and quality.
- 3 off line booths and box ovens allowing us to paint panels and large frames up to 1000mm x 2000 mm.

A silkscreening service for panels up to 1000 mm x 1000 mm is available in house.

Brighton Sheet Metal can help you with cost effective
packaging for either Kanban, recyclable or one-off use.
Barcoded labelling can also be provided. Kanban, JIT and
DLR management systems are fully supported.
Prompt and reliable national and international deliveries are
made either using our own transport or a proven network of
carriers throughout the UK and European mainland.
