The pages on this site are only directed at UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) and are subject to English Law, unless stated otherwise.

5. Privacy Policy

At Evolution Insurance we are committed to respecting your privacy and recognise your need for protection and management of your personal information. We will only collect data you provide us under the “Request A Call Back” facility on this website. Once you have inserted your details, we will pass them to the relevant department so they can contact you about the product in question. Your personal data will not be passed to persons outside of ASA Insurance Services Ltd and will not be used to make offers of other products or services without your permission.

Your custom is valuable to us and we want you to be completely satisfied with the response and service we give. In the event of you not being satisfied you should follow our complaints procedure.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within five business days of receipt. You will be advised of the person who will be dealing with your concerns and when you can expect to receive a response. We aim to provide you with a written response within ten business days to the matters you have raised, unless the complaint is particularly complicated and warrants further investigation. If this is the case, you will be advised in writing if more time is required to provide you with a satisfactory response.
