The flowrate of liquids, slurries, pastes and sludges can be measured accurately with the electromagnetic flowmeter. Minimum conductivity 5 µS/cm standard or 0.05 µS/cm at meter with capacitive signal pick up. The measurement system consists of a flowmeter primary and a converter in a compact or remote mounted design. The capacitive signal pickup can be used for fluids which form insulating coatings on the liners.

Insertion-Type Electromagnetic Probe Flowmeter

Aquaprobe is an economic alternative to full bore flow meters. It comprises an electromagnetic sensing head mounted on the end of a support rod. Aquaprobe finds application in existing water distribution systems where provision for flow metering was not originally made and where a full bore flow meter would be uneconomic.
The assembly can be installed in existing pipelines without the need for major excavations or alterations to pipe work normally associated with the installation full bore meters.

Aquaprobe 2 uses the same sensor as Aquaprobe, connected to the revolutionary Aquamaster electronic display unit. MagMaster Electromagnetic Flowmeter

MagMaster is suitable for all applications found in the water industry from potable to waste water treatment. MagMaster’s IP 68 rating and two year warranty permits the sensor to be buried, this eliminates the need for meter pits or chambers and so reduces installation costs. Wide flow range and class-leading accuracy improves control and quality of water distribution networks and water treatment works. Magmaster Loflo is an extension of the world-renowned Magmaster range of flow meters, it utilises the same proven electronic transmitter but with a new sensor design. The sensors unique internal contour reduces sensitivity to flow profile disturbances resulting in outstanding performance in less than ideal installation conditions. At the same time the fluid velocity is increased through the sensor giving extended low flow performance. IP68 rating and two year warranty permits the sensor to be buried eliminating the need for meter pits or chambers and so reduces installation costs.

Calmaster has been introduced in response to demands from the water industry for traceable in-situ flow meter verification. Calmaster performs a complex series of tests, which ensure correct functionality and calibration of the flow meter. A simple to follow Windows interface guides the user through the automated series of tests. On completion a certificate is produced to comply with regulatory requirements. Calmaster can be used on existing Magmaster installations but with a reduce accuracy. Magmaster with a factory fingerprint will be given a certificate of 1% existing Magmasters without a factory fingerprint will be given a 2% certificate.
