Piers Chadwick is an employment law expert and a highly experienced employment tribunal advocate.  His background is in industrial and employee relations in the financial sector.

He has represented clients in employment tribunals throughout England, Wales and Scotland for the past 20 years Piers successfully represented Reuters UK Ltd at the employment tribunal in the landmark ’agency workers’ case of Franks v Reuters, and has acted for a number of other blue chip clients. He has also appeared at the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Piers’ success at employment tribunals lies in his ‘hands on’ preparation of cases, from the completion of the ET1 or ET3, taking of witness statements, right through to the advocacy at the hearing, retaining full continuity throughout.

Piers also undertakes complex and sensitive workplace grievance and disciplinary investigations.

He is an accredited workplace mediator enabling KLC to offer clients an alternative method of workplace dispute resolution.
