Industry professionals have long been aware of the skill shortage in Food Production (Kitchen) Staff and many groups have looked to out-source basic dishes that are time consuming and involve high skills.

B&DFL Ltd have designed a whole range of chutney accompaniments that ‘sit well’ with hotel banqueting and restaurant dishes and are used extensively by many hotels. The GH ‘need’ centred upon the shear volume of stocks used for banqueting and the hotel wish for quality at every level. In conjunction with The Executive Head Chef, B&DFL Ltd manufactured a selection of single and double reduction stocks that met the quality need, whilst being price attractive that ensured food GP’s were not eroded.
