Delivery charges

Lead Times

Our normal service is two to three weeks from order confirmation for standard polyhouses. Circumstances beyond our control may effect delivery dates and no liability can be accepted for variations to promised delivery dates.

VAT

All prices quoted on this site require VAT to be added at the rate in force at the date of supply.

Payment

All goods remain the property of Polyhouses.com until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment terms for authorised credit account customers are 30 days nett from date of invoice. For non-account customers we normally request payment with order by cheque or credit card. Payment can also be made to the driver on delivery by prior arrangement.

Guarantee

All materials supplied by Polyhouses.com are sold to the customer with the full benefit of our suppliers guarantee where available. While every care is taken to ensure our products are of the highest quality, the seller's liability shall not exceed the value of the defective item.
