The villa Couto Real is a substantial, well presented villa located on the edge of the Vilasol Golf complex and just a ten minute drive from the centre of Vilamoura. There is a freshwater swimming pool set in a paved area with potted plants dotted around and a built in seating area to one side. A built in barbecue is great for outdoor cooking especially. The ground floor has a spacious, bright lounge-dining area with good quality wooden finish and cream soft furnishings and patio doors leading through to the terrace and pool. A new fully fitted kitchen with wood finish, metallic appliances and marble surfaces complete this room. The villa has five bedrooms in total all with en-suite facilities, one twin bedroom on the ground floor and the other two twin bedrooms and a further two double bedrooms upstairs.
