Warranties

| 1.
The Insured Persons warrant that they are not travelling
contrary to the advice of a Medical Practitioner, or for
the purposes of obtaining medical treatment. |

| 2
The Insured Persons are not aware of any circumstances
which is likely to lead to cancellation or curtailment
of the journey. |

3.
For underwater activities requiring the use of artificial
breathing apparatus the Insured Person must have a
current medical policy at the time of departure, confirming
his/her fitness to dive. He/she must not have been
under medical supervision or treatment of a greater
period than two weeks in the last twelve months.

| 4.
The Insured Person has disclosed all facts material to
the insurance. |

| 5.
The Insured Person shall observe ordinary and proper care
for the supervision of the property insured and shall
take all reasonable steps for the safeguarding and recovery
of the property as if it were not insured. |

Medical
Conditions
RCI
Travel Insurance includes a standard exclusion relating
to pre-existing medical conditions. This states that"Claims
arising from any pre-existing condition or infirmity,
unless specifically agreed and confirmed with a medical
screening reference to the Insured Person by the Insurers
appointed Medical Pre-Screening Company prior to the
attachment of any cover for any such condition."
For the purposes of this insurance a pre-existing condition
where you:
- have
received in-patient treatment during the last twelve
months, or
- are
taking prescribed medication for which you have consulted
a doctor within the last six months unless the condition
for which you are taking it and your dosage levels
have not changed within the last six months, or
- are
on a hospital waiting list for in-patient treatment,
or
- have
been given a terminal prognosis
If
cover is required for any such condition or if you have
any doubts as to the availability of cover for a condition,
or if the insured person is 80 years of age or over,
