Recruitment Community Options offers a range of opportunities for people who want to work in the rewarding field of care. All our staff have the opportunity to train for NVQ qualifications relevant to their post. In addition, we offer a range of specialist training particular to the project at which you are employed. This could be motivational interviewing, reminiscence, counselling, rehabilitation to name just a few. We provide opportunities for staff to progress through the organisation. We have people who joined the organisation as a Support Worker and have progressed to Deputy Project Managers and Project Manager. We expect that staff will become involved in Community Options and there are many opportunities for this to happen such as the organisation's newsletter, working parties on complex needs, complementary therapies and many other groups. We support our staff through a tried and tested supervision and appraisal system. Staff also have the security of a well thought out policies and procedures manual and staff handbook. On joining the organisation, staff benefit from a three day induction programme, taking them through the organisation's mission, values and ethos.
