The PXND3213 Power Tower provides two, single phase 32amp rated sockets for fast charging and two single phase domestic sockets for slow charging.

Using the Power Tower / Authorisation Process

To commence charging - Get Powered Up

Present your access RFID fob to the area marked under the LCD screen or enter your mobile phone number into the key pad
Enter your unique PIN code into the key pad. The system will check that you are an authorised user
Insert the Power Cable connector into your vehicle
Open fully the access door to the Power Tower
Insert the connector at the other end of the Power Cable into the socket in the Power Tower
Fully close the access door until it clicks
The charging will commence

If applicable, when using the 13 amp slow charge domestic outlet or the 32 amp fast charge outlet behind the access door please ensure that your vehicle charge selector within your vehicle is set to the correct charge rate position.

If power is cut or the connector from your vehicle is removed you will be sent a text to inform you that there had been a Power Interruption and you may wish to inspect your vehicle.

Please ensure that the power cable between your vehicle and the Power Tower is not stretched.

Please note that the Park and Power system does rely on the mobile phone network to send data for the Authorisation Process and associated communications, as such there may be occasions when the mobile network is not sufficient for effective communications.

Under the access door there is a manual reset RCD if this is protruding please depress to re-set.

To end charging:

Present your access RFID fob to the area marked under the LCD screen or enter your mobile phone number into the keypad
Enter your unique PIN code into the key pad. The system will check that you are an authorised user
Open fully the access door to the Power Tower
Remove the Power Cable connector from the socket in the Power Tower
Close the access door of the Power Tower until it clicks
Remove the Power Cable connector from your vehicle
Store your cable in a dry, safe place

Please check the cable before and after each recharge to ensure that it has not been damaged in any way. If you detect any signs of wear or damage do not attempt to use a Power Tower or any recharge facility.

Please report any issues with the Power Tower so that we can send an engineer to inspect as soon as possible utilising the contact details at the bottom of this User Guide.
