Park and Power have developed a number of patent pending unique features to help your use of the recharge facilities and assist where possible.

In the event that a 3rd party decides to remove the plug / connector from your vehicle the power delivery will automatically stop and you will be sent either a text message or email to inform you of this so that you may revisit your vehicle to inspect what has happened.

The 3rd party will not be able to recharge their vehicle, by inserting the vehicle connector into their vehicle as the power supply has been stopped. Power will only be redelivered once you have reauthorised the power supply.

This patent pending feature, called Anti Power Piracy keeps you informed of any disruption to your power supply whilst being recharged.

The Park and Power system will also report via text or email if the Power Lead is severed resulting in an interruption to the power delivered to your vehicle.

When you have finished recharging your vehicle the Paddle Plug should ideally be removed from the Power Tower before removing the connector from your vehicle. The Park and Power system will however stop the supply of power if you do remove the connector from your vehicle but the time that it takes to sense the removal will vary.
