kWh Kilowatt hour

Kilowatt hour is a measure of the energy supplied to the vehicle and reflects the power consumption measured in kilowatts multiplied by the time the vehicle is charging. If the power supplied is three kilowatts and the vehicle is plugged in for an hour, then 3kWh is supplied.

This indicates that there was a Power Interruption to your vehicle which could have been caused by any of the following:

• A third party has removed the connector to your vehicle.
• The connector to your vehicle has been damaged.
• The Power Cable becoming severed.
• Park and Power had to permanently or temporarily terminate the Power delivery to your vehicle.
