  • If your file type is an excel spreadsheet, please re-save it as a CSV or delimited file.
  • In order to import a CSV file successfully, you need to replace certain characters that break the script. These characters are commas and quotes.
    If you are using Excel press CTRL F, click replace and enter a these substitute characters:

    " should be replaced with "
    ' should be replaced with ,
  • These fields are required: sub category, title and price.
  • You can select a field more than once and these columns will be added together.
  • If your file is very large, you should break it into smaller pieces. Files must be smaller than 8MB
  • Stopping the program from running mid upload may ruin your shopping carts product database.
