Please complete this form in order for us to set-up your FREE Virtual ISP Service, please fill in the form fully with your real name, address and phone number(s), we will not process a VISP application unless this is done.  All information in this form is confidential, and will never be sold or given to a 3rd party.  We will not use the information below to send you any unsolicited  marketing information.

The image files required are as follows:

  1. Logo Image. A small logo which is used to promote your service and also acts as a 'return to home page' button.  Size must be 91 pixels wide and 106 pixels high.  This file should not be greater than 15K. It can be in gif or jpg format.
  2. Home Page Banner. A  logo which is used at the top of your VISP Home Page and also Brands your Signup Pages.  Size must be 465 pixels wide and 65 pixels high.  This file should not be greater than 15K. It can be in gif or jpg format.
  3. Classifieds Banner. A  logo which is used at the top of your Free Classified Ad Pages.   Size must be 465 pixels wide and 65 pixels high.  This file should not be greater than 15K. It can be in gif or jpg format.

You do not need to have produced these banners to signup for your VISP service, but they should be available as soon as posible.  If you do not supply any images our default images will be used.  If you would like our graphic designers to design and produce the logo's for you we charge £99.00 + VAT. You can have your VISP service on your own virtual domain. 

4Free.co.uk Ltd. maintain the rights to refuse a VISP service to any Site we decide in not suitable.  We also reserve the right to remove a VISP service if our terms and conditions are breached.

If you do not reach the target of 50 subscribers by the end of 3 months, 4Free with charge an annual maintenance fee of £35 + VAT for the VISP Service.

Please read and agree to the following VISP "Terms and Conditions", then please complete the form, where an item is marked with an * this field must be completed.

1. The Client shall enter into a binding agreement with each User and shall include in its agreements with Users an obligation on Users to virus check all software, data and files to be uploaded by them using the 4Free/4theNET Network prior to the same being uploaded.
2. The Client shall not, and shall include in its agreements with Users an obligation on Users not to use the 4Free/4theNET Network to do any of the following:
2.1 publish, post, distribute or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or other unlawful material or information;
2.2 threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, disrupt or otherwise violate the rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
2.3 engage in illegal or unlawful activities through the 4Free/4theNET Network;
2.4 knowingly make available or upload files that contain software or other material, data or information not owned by or licensed to the Client or the User (as appropriate);
2.5 knowingly make available or upload files that contain a virus or corrupt data;
2.6 falsify the true ownership of software or other material or information contained in a file that the Client or any User makes available via the 4Free/4theNET Network;
2.7 "spam" or otherwise deliberately abuse any part of the 4Free/4theNET Network;
2.8 obtain access, through whatever means, to notified restricted areas of 4Free/4theNET’ Network.
