4Free Associates Terms and Condition

The 4Free Associate agrees to supply Least Cost Routing services (LCR), Personal, Business and Premium Rate phone numbers,  as supplied to The 4Free Associate by 4Free.

This agreement may be cancelled by mutual agreement between 4Free and The 4Free Associate at any time so long as 30 days notice is given. Residual income built up during the agreement period shall be paid for a maximum period of 6 months or until the client or customer ceases to use these services, whichever may come first. If the agreement is terminated due to any misrepresentation or any other clause causing cessation of the agreement, then commissions will stop forthwith.

This agreement may be cancelled for any of the following:

1.  4Free have been misrepresented in the view of the 4Free board.
2.  Any of 4Free ideas, strategies or logos is misused, in the view of the 4Free board.
3.  The 4Free Associate is declared insolvent or breaches any of the DTI or English law regulations.
4. Unethical or dishonest behaviour
5. Business failure
6. Unacceptable number of complaints to 4free concerning The 4Free Associate

4Free will specify minimum standards from time to time which will be communicated to all associates with customer facing responsibility. These standards include but are not limited to:

Up to date tariffs and order documentation
Proper 4Free logo’s as approved by 4Free

When submitting an application form, in hard copy, for any services supplied by 4Free, The Associates ID number must be written in the appropriate place. Failure to do so may result in non-payment of commissions.

Commissions Payable

Least Cost Routing

During the terms of this agreement, 4Free agree to pay The 4Free Associate the following commissions.

For Residential customers, this is a customer with a call spend of less than £150 per month, The 4Free Associate will receive the following.

5% of their customer’s call spend up to £4,999.
This will rise to 5.5% when total residential volume reaches £5,000 
This will rise to 6% when total residential volume reaches £10,000
This will rise to 6.5% when total residential volume reaches £20,000

Further Residential commissions will be negotiable at £25,000

For Business customers with a call spend over £150 per month The 4Free Associate will receive the following:

5% of their customer’s monthly bill spend up to £14,999 per month.
This commission will rise to 5.5% when total corporate volume reaches £15,000.
This commission will rise to 6% when total corporate volume reaches £30,000.
This commission will rise to 6.5% when total corporate volume reaches £50,000.
Further Business commissions will be negotiable at £65,000.

Website Design

10% of 4Free’s net profit from the building of each web site referred to 4Free by The 4Free Associate

Personal, Business and Premium Rate Numbers

The on-going revenue share - Payment schedule shall be.

07050, and 07005 numbers
1.5p per minute weekday daytime applies  when numbers are directed
to UK PSTN numbers and
SCL Answer Service.
0.75p per minute weekday evenings 
0.3p per minute weekends
0.45p per minute weekday daytime (when directed to a mobile)

 

0870 Numbers
1p per minute daytime peak on calls  made on connected 0870 numbers.
0.5p per minute off-peak calls 
If giving 0870 numbers to a customer who receives 1pence a minute for all incoming calls during 8am- 6pm Monday to Friday, The 4Free Associate will receive 25% of the total revenue payable to that customer per minute.

 

0800 numbers
0.75p per qualifying minute of calls made on connected 0800 numbers. This will rise to 1p per minute when monthly total in minutes is 100,000 minutes. A qualifying minute, is a minute in which 4Free has received full payment for on all calls on that telephone number from the Network Operator.  This applies to all personal and business numbers.

 

0845 Numbers
0.5p per minute daytime peak on calls made on connected 0845 numbers.
0.25p per minute at all other times.

Override Fee

The 4Free Associate will receive 5% on the commission payable to any agent or deal introduced by the 4Free Associate to the 4Free Associates programme.

All commissions will be payable only when the commissions exceed £25 per month and 4Free have been paid in full by the relevant parties. If it does not exceed £25 then all commissions will be carried forward until it reaches this figure. There will be a £2 administration fee with all commission statements and cheques.

Errors that occur due to the negligence of The 4Free Associate or any of its resellers, which incur a financial loss to 4Free, can be claimed from The 4Free Associate commissions.

The 4Free Associate may use all 4Free official logos and literature in furthering their business. Any other logos or literature The 4Free Associate wishes to use in furthering their business is subject to approval from 4Free.

4Free may alter this contract at any time in writing to The 4Free Associate’s registered office or address’ giving not less than 30 days notice.

As well as all clauses above, this agreement will also adhere to the various laws of England binding such an agreement.
