ACN

Multi-component Emission Monitoring Solution

The multi-component measuring system ACN (former Advance Cemas NDIR) is used for the continuous measurement of gas concentrations in emission monitoring. It is approved to 17. BImSchV, 13. BImSchV and TA-Luft pursuant to the regulations of the German Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation and Reactor Safety (BMU). In addition to this, the analyzer system can be used for process control.
The analyzer system is contained in a cabinet of sheet steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic (option: with air conditioner). It consists of the following functional groups and modules:

  • Gas sampling probe and heated sample gas line
  • SCC-C sample gas cooler and SCC-F sample gas feed unit with condensate drainage. Optional SCC-K NOx converter.
  • AO2000 series gas analyzers with an electronics module and analyzer modules Uras14, Limas11UV, Magnos106, O2 sensor, MultiFID14, installed in a 19-inch housing, with
    – calibration unit (calibration cells)
    – measured and status signal processing
    – automatic self-monitoring
  • Status signals: “Failure”, “Maintenance Request” (Warning), “Maintenance Mode” (maintenance/ calibration)
  • Interfaces: 0/4-20 mA, Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet
  • Asset maintenance with Analyze IT Explorer software package
