AO2000 Series Continuous Gas Analyzers (formerly Advance Optima)
The AO2000 series of process gas analyzers has a modular design that
increases flexibility and saves money.
Analyzer modules can be combined into tailor-made solutions and upgraded
to new features at any time.
Remote modules are easily attached and centrally operated.
Advantage of AO2000 series: Three analyzer modules just need two
enclosures!

- The AO2000 analyzers

- AO2000 system components are
available with GOST-R certificates as with CSA approval for Class I
Division 2 and ATEX approval for installation in Zone 1 or Zone 2.
- For measuring flammable
gases in hazardous locations the AO2000 series provides a safety
concept with built-in purge control and alarm monitoring.

The clever method of gas analysis
The EL1020 Series is the entry line to the ABB continuous gas analysis.
The analyzers incorporate ABB's proven measuring technology for many
applications like biofermenters, landfill, combustion processes, ambient
air monitoring, silo monitoring, fruit-warehouses, food packing,
O2-purity measurements, gasfilling.

EL6010 Series Gas Analyzers
The specialists for hazardous locations
EL6010 analyzers have been designed especially for use in hazardous
areas. Their flameproof enclosures are certified in accordance with the
ATEX directive 94/9/EC and GOST-R. The analyzers are grouped in Category
II 2 G and may be used in plants with potentially explosive gas
atmospheres in Zone 1 and Zone 2.

SCC-K
NO2/NO Converter
The SCC-K Converter is used when NOx (the total of NO plus NO2) is
measured in emission monitoring systems. It converts NO2 to the
component of interest NO.
- Catalyst cartridge can be
replaced from the front without any tools
- Long catalyst service life
- Manual switching between NO
and NOx without requiring solenoid valves
- Heated version for
installing the converter upstream of the sample gas cooler (no NO2
loss)
