Terms and Conditions of Carriage

  1. 1. Hotelink Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is responsible for the carriage of fare paid customers (hereinafter referred to as "passengers") holding a valid Internet booking from the designated point of departure to the designated point of arrival only.
  2. 2. Internet Bookings issued by or on behalf of the Company are issued under the conditions herein contained.
  3. 3. Internet Bookings are issued on the further condition that a passenger is travelling to or from a pre-booked London hotel within the Company operating area.
  4. 4. Save as stated in condition 9, Internet Bookings are non-refundable (except in circumstances arising out of the Company's default).
  5. 5. Vehicle departure times are correct at the times of publication but the Company reserves the right to alter departure times without prior notice.
  6. 6. a) The Company may alter the published schedule at anytime without notice being given. b) The Company shall not be liable to passengers for any loss, consequential loss or damage which might arise from delay to or detention of the passenger in the operation of it's services or cancellation thereof (with or without prior notice and the right to effect such cancellation is hereby reserved) and whilst every effort will be made to ensure that vehicles operate to the published schedule the Company will not be liable for delays or detention caused by circumstances beyond its control including adverse traffic or weather, mechanical breakdown or airport security conditions.
  7. 7. a) All luggage is carried at passengers own risk and the Company reserves the right at any time to refuse to carry unusually heavy or bulky luggage wherein the opinion of the Company, its staff or agents there is insufficient accommodation for such articles or their loading or unloading may cause delay to vehicles. This right may be exercised notwithstanding that the article has previously been carried or accepted. Excess baggae may be charged. b) (I) Passengers are responsible for any injury, damage or loss to the Company's property or staff by any luggage brought by them on to the Company's vehicles except where this injury, damage or loss is caused by the neglect or default of the Company, its staff or agents. b) (ii) Passengers are responsible for any injury, damage or loss to other persons caused by luggage brought on to the Company's vehicles and shall indemnify the Company against any liability to other persons for any resultant injury, damage or loss where this injury damage or loss is caused by the neglect or default of the Company, its staff or agents.
  8. 8. The Company maintains a policy of insurance against injury to passengers whilst in transit subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. Details of the cover provided and policy conditions are available on request. The Company reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel such insurance without prior notice.
  9. 9. The Company reserves the right at its sole discretion and without explanation to refuse to carry any passengers or to refuse to continue to carry any passengers but will in this event effect a full refund of the ticket price to such passenger or a fair and due proportion thereof.
  10. 10. These Conditions of Carriage shall be governed by English Law in every particular and any individual bringing an action on these Conditions submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
