2012 Canvas Retreat
Let the Fire Burn
Dates:
15th—17th June 2012
In the summer of 2012 The Men’s Group will be traveling to the
lovely village
We will be spending two nights under the stars. We will have a guest
speaker to be announced nearer the time. There will be time to
explore on the Saturday Afternoon. Within easy reach is Bath, and
Trowbridge.
We will arrive Friday Evening, setup camp and enjoy and evening meal
together spend the rest of the evening in relaxing around an open
fire.
Saturday, after breakfast we will have a worship time
and communion to kick things off with a opening talk from our
speaker.
Saturday Afternoon, Free
Saturday Evening. Main event. Worship, Talk from our speaker and
ministry time.
Sunday After breakfast. Worship, Teaching and communion.
Costs
£40.00 for the weekend under canvas
What you will need.
A Tent, or the use of one to share
Sleeping bag, bed.
Warm Clothing
Plate, Mug, Knife fork and Spoon
(kit list will be provided at time of booking)
Camping is not for me.
For Guys who would like to attend the retreat
but do not feel
camping is for them, there is a guest house directly opposite the
campsite. Room only Rates are available.
For additional cost of
£17.00 - £22.00 per
person per night.
