Hearing Concern LINK's Helpdesk is a vital first-point of contact for anyone who needs advice, information or support when dealing with acquired hearing loss.

People with hearing loss, their friends and family as well as health and social care professionals can contact us in office hours Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Or you can email us a message or leave one on our ansaphone and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
